Group sessions are flexible, you choose the topic. You could be a group of friends wanting to discuss eating during pregnancy, a family looking to overhaul their packed lunches or eating at home for increased energy or weight loss, or work colleagues wanting help to increase their workplace wellness. It is entirely up to you.
Try and keep group sizes to a maximum of 6 people, but again we can be flexible, depending on your needs.
