Prior to your consultation you will be sent some questionnaires to complete to allow us to maximise our time together. What you get:
Assessment of your current diet, lifestyle and habits - what is fabulous and what needs improvement
Current and past medical history evaluation including blood test results where appropriate,
Discussion of your key area(s) of concern and your desired outcomes
Personalised plan, meal ideas and realistic targets to assist you in reaching your goal(s)
We will also discuss hurdles you may face in reaching your goal(s)
Use this as a one-off session to kick-start your wellness journey, or team it up with some ongoing follow-up sessions. Bodyfix members: $129* for one person (usually $149) Split the cost and bring your partner or friend for $170 ($85pp) (usually $200 ($100pp)) (NB. you will both receive the same plan, but this is a great way to have some additional support on your wellness journey). *Full payment due at first appointment, unless otherwise agreed. These are a great chance to touch base, re-evaluate your targets, make adjustments to your plans as well as help you to stay motivated and continue to feel supported on your wellness journey. They are also great learning opportunities, where I can share my nutritional knowledge with you and help keep you feeling positive and confident about making your own food and lifestyle choices. They allow us to time to discuss topics such as shopping or snacking habits and tips, decoding nutrition labels, diets-du-jour, the effects of stress or hormones on our health and many others.
